Methyl vinyl silicone oil is a high polymer copolymerized with dimethyl vinyl siloxy as ended group, dimethyl siloxy and methyl vinyl siloxy chain link as taxogen.

Molecular Formula: R(CH3)2SiO[(CH3)2SiO]m[(CH3)(CH=CH2)SiO]nSi(CH3)2R

The international abbreviation of JP-110 methyl vinyl silicone oil is VMQ.

[Application]

    This product is insoluble in water, but soluble in methylbenzene etc., and has particular features of small compression deformation and saturated water vapor resistance. Used for the manufacture of high and low temperature resistant sealing material and waterproof and moisture proof insulation material in aerospace, electronics, machinery, chemical and other industrial sectors. For having physical inertia, it can be used to produce artificial organs and medical tubing in medical and health fields. It is the raw material in the mixed refining of silicone rubber.


    In the application, one single type can be used separately, and also can be used two or more to meet different requirements of rubber goods.
Methyl-vinyl silicone oil also can be used as basic material of silicone rubber vulcanization agent and conductive plastic particles of key. Poly molecular methyl silicone oil is used as plastic additive, finishing agent for wool and various release agents etc.
